Net Calorie Question

Hi All,
I did a quick search and did not find an answer to a specific question I have.....
Is it considered safe (or healthy) to have a much lower net calorie total on an ongoing basis as long as you are eating your recommended calories? My Journal should be open - but for Example I am supposed to eat 1500 calories per day to loose 2 lbs a week. I always eat this amount +/- 50 calories daily and accurately track my calories - but I burned an additional 4309 calories working out last week for example. Typically I plan on burning at least this amount if not a bit more through hiking and cycling (tracked through a 3rd party app). Should I worry about so much physical activity and such a negative calorie balance if I still feel satiated at all times and feel like my body is not struggling?
Also if you are in a similar situation and wanting motivation or wanting to help motivate me - feel free to add me as a friend!

You're probably failing to actually provide the nutrients your body needs with that low of a net intake. Hell, you're starting at the lowest end of any estimate of a healthy intake for a male to begin with, then not reaching that as a net.0

You're not eating enough to sustain that kind of exercise. Remember that the 1500 alone, already gives you a deficit. You need to fuel the engine.0

Thanks for the input - not what I wanted to hear but what I needed to hear. I will bump up calories in by 500 per day so that net calories are much closer to the suggested maximums.0
