I saw a recipe (Grilled Chicken with Mango Corn Salsa) that I would like to log. It came with the 'jumpstart your weight loss journey' tips...but I can't find a way to log it for tomorrow...how do i take the recipe and log it for a different day?
I am positive based on researching the carbs, sugars, etc in my recipe that the MFP calculator is off. How do I fix it if it is off so that the proper nutrients are logged other than using Quick log?

I spend 30 minutes with a trainer. We do TRX machine and other machines in the gym...working upper body one session and another day doing lower body with core worked in too. How do I record this without counting reps and knowing exactly what each machine is called?
