I saw a recipe (Grilled Chicken with Mango Corn Salsa) that I would like to log. It came with the 'jumpstart your weight loss journey' tips...but I can't find a way to log it for tomorrow...how do i take the recipe and log it for a different day?

can you correct the nutrition information on a recipe you have entered into the system?
I am positive based on researching the carbs, sugars, etc in my recipe that the MFP calculator is off. How do I fix it if it is off so that the proper nutrients are logged other than using Quick log?

following my calorie and nutrition recommendations, spinning and doing strength work but...
my weight loss is about 1lb every two weeks...any tips on how i can speed it up? I am 65. I train with a trainer for 1 hr sessions twice a week followed by 45 minutes of 'relaxed' swimming. I spin for 35-45 minutes in a class 3x a week in addition. my calorie intake is 1200 except on spinning days when the program boosts…

how to enter strength excercise easily ?
I spend 30 minutes with a trainer. We do TRX machine and other machines in the gym...working upper body one session and another day doing lower body with core worked in too. How do I record this without counting reps and knowing exactly what each machine is called?
