More calories, less carbs?
I'm trying to be more restrictive of my bad carb intake. But whenever I do that, it significantly lowers my calorie intake, even though I still feel full. How can I ensure that I'm getting enough calories with less carbs?

Will peanut butter hinder weight loss?
I love eating apples/bananas with peanut butter, but I'm curious as to how detrimental it can be to weight loss. I know it has a lot of calories, but also protein & good fats.
