hey guys I really need some support! I just got back to school from spring break and I have gained five of the eight pounds I have lost! I feel so awful! I'm extremely bloated and I just need to get back on track and get my head straight!!! My belly is huge!!

So I'm 18 and 5'9 and 158 lbs... 155lbs now. Since I have been in college I have packed 10lbs in one semester! I am frustrated with myself for letting it happen.
