How do you know how much YOU need? I really don't think that I eat terrible, a lot of fruits and veggies, lean protein (chicken/tuna). What time to stop eating?
Anyone have any thoughts or facts about when you should stop eating for the day? I have heard that you want to stop eating around 7pm so that you don't go to bed on a full stomach and have it sit there all night. Any truth to this?

This is the 2nd time I have used this app and think it is absolutely wonderful. I really enjoy logging and tracking my progress. Just have a question, how to I get my husband on board. He wouldn't be one to use this app but really would like for him to start eating more healthy. Any suggestions?
