Add this exercise to your workout
A good way to start your workout is to stretch. Once you get done with your stretches and grab a jump rope. It will boost your heart rate and you will get your muscle amped up and ready to go! Its also fun when you get good you can criss cross, one leg, or run in place! Just an extra idea/tip !!!

Day #2
Had a really good basketball workout and im on pace for my calorie intake. Feeling excited going into the workday! Im still having cravings of certain foods but for the most part im on track. Add me anyone who is down for positive energy and a support team!

Halfway thru my 1st day
Just got a good exercise in and it was a struggle. Trying to stay motivated for work and eating right for lunch and dinner!

Baby Steps
The temptations for a 24 year old is eating out, beer, and friends wanting to do both all the time. So trying to balence a social life, work, and exercise isn't so easy. Hoping this app will help me get on a healthier path by tracking my calorie intake and make me want to exercise on the regular!
