Where are my "steps calorie adjustments" going!?
Sometimes MFP will tell me I've burned a certain number of calories based on the steps it perceives I've taken, and it will list it up top with the exercise calories....then later in the day those calories-from-steps will disappear...what's goin' on? Green tea and weight loss?
Does green tea really help boost one's metabolism? I love drinking it but have never been quite sure if it's a myth or fact (that it helps you lose weight). What do you guys think?

Sedentary or lightly active?
I'm not sure if I should say that I am "sedentary" or "lightly active." My job involves sitting at a desk for 30% of the time, sitting in people's houses for 40% of the time and driving 30% of the time. Any tips on beating a sugar addiction?
ive been able to do it in the past but am having a bit of trouble this time around. It's not like I'm eating a whole cake a day but I find that I NEED (obviously I don't) like a cookie or peanut butter cup or something every day. Any tips ?

inaccurate daily calorie allowance?
i calculated my TDEE on another site and it said around 1870. MFP says I should only eat 1200 cals a day to lose 1.5lbs a week. Does that sound accurate or too low? ( I currently weigh 135 and my goal is 125) Thanks!
