I'm Jill. I have 2 kids and I work full time. I would rather lose weight walking my dog, dancing while cleaning the house, climbing my stairs, and trying to declutter and discover my indoor oasis. What about you?

Each Day is a Fresh Start!
It doesn't matter how many times you've fallen off the wagon, it just matters that you get back on. Today is your fresh start... you can do this! My goal is to be healthier by eating more fruits and veggies, and sticking closer to my daily calorie goals....plus drinking more water. What are your goals?
