Each Day is a Fresh Start!

It doesn't matter how many times you've fallen off the wagon, it just matters that you get back on. Today is your fresh start... you can do this!

My goal is to be healthier by eating more fruits and veggies, and sticking closer to my daily calorie goals....plus drinking more water. What are your goals?

    Today has been good so far. Had a banana... took the dog for a walk.... keeping track of calories... it's a Good Friday!

    Keep walking that dog. I think mine are actually starting to look sleek instead of blobs. They may even be doing a little better than me, but with their encouragement I'll keep going ad hope you do too. Luck☺

    My goal is to be reasonable for the remainder of today, about 5 hours. Will I eat something else? I don't know. I don't feel a need to. Tomorrow, I'll get up and get back on the wagon.
