Has anyone attempted this? Any tips? I've just started and I'm trying to eat 1250 cals from 12pm - 8pm. So far I'm doing okay. I'm finding weekends are my weakness.
So I've been counting calories, 1200 healthy calories a day. Been working out 5 days a week, alternating a Biggest Loser DVD (mostly lunges, squats, and ab stuff) and jogging to maintain my target heart rate. The first month I lost 12lbs! Yay!
