And I'm finding recommendations for 10-20% carbs, 50-70% protein and the rest fat. I have been doing the mfp default for the past week-- 50% carbs 20% protein and rest fat. That's a huge difference! Low/no calorie but lots of flavor
I love food! However, a lot of my favorite and sauces and dips are high in fat and sugar and are essentially empty calories. So, I'm looking for the tricks everyone has to add lots of flavor to dishes without the calories. I love mustard, hot sauce, lemon, cinnamon, garlic... I would love more ideas!!

Totally a noob question-- how to add new friends??
I am logged in to myfitnesspal app but I don't seem to have a way to add people as a friend! Can someone point in the right direction??
