I love food! However, a lot of my favorite and sauces and dips are high in fat and sugar and are essentially empty calories. So, I'm looking for the tricks everyone has to add lots of flavor to dishes without the calories.
I love mustard, hot sauce, lemon, cinnamon, garlic...
I would love more ideas!!

Take a look into the various Mrs.Dash seasonings. I also have used Organicville Sesame Teriyaki Sauce from Costco.0

Cayenne, curry powder, real salads with olives, sun dried tomatoes, habanero peppers, and spinach instead of sad little slimy tomatoes and pointless iceberg lettuce.
Oh, and spicy tomato sauce over almost anything is great, you can make it easily from scratch.0 -
I switched to spices.0

You could make your own dip sauce with sour-cream or unflavoured yoghurt and simply add seasonings to your taste.0

spices, tapatio (mexican hot sauce), lime/lemon0
