After a "cheat day"
Really feeling the difficulty of getting back on track. Didn't go crazy yesterday - cals were still in the lose 1 lb/wk category, but still. It was so nice not to be hungry most of the day! Problem is, I have an event in 3 months that I'd like to lose 20 lbs for, so I have to keep it pretty strict. Sigh... Back to hunger.
