Hi Im looking to lose another 30lb, I have given myself no timeframe to do this. 3 years ago I was 3 stone heavier than I am today. I lost most of this this by doing a lot of swimming. Since the 1st January this year I have now lost another 7lb, I am absolutely addicted to MFP and will get this 30lb off
