I have 316 calories, 33 grams of protein, 32 grams of carbs left for the day ....
I need some ideas here. I am maxed out on sugars and fat. My food thus far into the day has been pretty well-balanced and I have already planned a healthy snack and dinner for the rest of the day, so I am just looking to "eat up" the rest of the allotments :) Thanks !!!
