Healthy Flapjack
1 egg 200g oats 50g coconut oil 4 tbps raw honey Sultanas Pumpkin seeds Flaked almonds Chia seeds Flax seeds Melt the coconut oil with the honey and add to the dry ingredients add the egg and mix. Spread into greased tin and bake in oven on 180 for 20 mins. Da da!! Fab and healthy for adults and kids.
