I didn't understand it but I am half asleep, I think you count how many nights you didn't screw up your whole days good eating by raiding the fridge. I scored 1* tonight, no glass of wine, crisps nothing, just my dinner, yoga, water, sleep. I'm shattered!

I love yoga, I do the Geri Yoga DVD which is now on YouTube for free. Geri (Spice Girl) is quite annoying but the instructor is very good. Thought to myself I'm fairly fit, just try level 2. Ha! Bad idea! I did it but Lordy lord it's gonna hurt tomorrow. Stock to level 1 until you've done a full seven workouts/full week. Curiosity nearly killed the cat! The cat being me!

I can't workout in the mornings specifically for this reason. After work for me is better, I feel more flexible as my body has been moving about more and morning workouts make me feel sick and shakey.

I'm not home schooling but I am a Mum and it must be really hard to find the time to workout with 6 children end of, never mind the home schooling too so well done for even thinking about doing a workout at the beginning or end of your hectic day!! I'm in my late thirties and it would be so easy to just accept the weight gain as you get nearer 40 but I just want to be healthy and fit and if I look better too then great. If we all just try and concentrate on treating ourselves well then you won't go far wrong. Good luck!

I've always been active but I start working out then stop and then start again then stop, need to keep at it and stop messing around!! Nutrition is a hard one too. I think you need to try and have 40% of your daily diet as protein to get lean, but you also need carbs if your training.
