I was on the 30 day challenge which guarantee a loss of 10 lbs
I loss the 10 lbs but now I am afraid that once the challenge is over I will gain it all back. How do I go back to eating food such as beef, pork, rice and bread without having to worry about slapping back on the 12 lbs lost. I have 20 more pounds to go! Should I just stick with the challenge another 30 days? Your thoughts!
