I loss the 10 lbs but now I am afraid that once the challenge is over I will gain it all back. How do I go back to eating food such as beef, pork, rice and bread without having to worry about slapping back on the 12 lbs lost. I have 20 more pounds to go! Should I just stick with the challenge another 30 days? Your thoughts!

This is a prime example of why fad diets DO NOT WORK.
So lets say you do the diet for another 30 days - you are going to be in the exact position you are in right now.0 -
I don't know what this "challenge" entails, but I would suggest making sure you are eating at a calorie deficit. If you gain weight, then just keep going. Unless you're going to eat whatever you're eating on the "30 day challenge" for the rest of your life, then I'd suggest not doing it or else you will simply run into this same problem again...0

What CAN you eat on this "challenge"? Very generic advice, but to avoid the stress of trying to stick with something unsustainable, I'd say prepare the foods you normally eat and just eat a small portion of them.0

First of all, going off the crash diet might result in a small weight gain. Do not panic. It will come off again. Second, get used to a slower weight loss, about 1 pound a week. Third, don't expect a loss for a week or more. Weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. Fourth, start adding normal foods in measured amounts back in to your diet. Log it all in to MFP. Fifth, re-evaluate every couple weeks. Is your new diet still allowing you to lose weight? Then do the happy dance and keep doing it. Did you gain? Make a small daily change, maybe 100 calories less per day, and check back in a couple weeks.
There. Back to normal.0 -

Eat the number of calories that MFP says for you to eat in order to keep losing, and add back the meat and stuff, just weighing your portions so that you get the right number of calories.0
