I am having the worst time snacking at night because i get so hungry. Then by morning my sugar levels are very high. I have tried to just not eat anything but I am also an insomniac and so I can't sleep through the hunger. I am just hungry a lot during the night. HELP? I guess I just need to keep good snacks on hand...but…
I am not interested any longer in being sick and tired. I will be a different person on my 50th birthday in December. Just wait and see!
