conventional vs sumo deadlifts?
i always pulled conventional but I notice a lot of people pulling sumo now. any reason why??

having trouble with carbs
i have a hard time getting anywhere close to my carbs for the day but I can hit my protein intake easily and sometimes fat. I'm trying to gain weight (roughly 1-2pounds a month) I also have a tough time getting all my calories in.... if anyone has advice it would be very helpful thanks

reverse diet????!?
use to diet at roughly 1000-1400 calories a day. went from 190 down to 148, currently sitting at 165. any advice with reverse dieting?? everytime I eat a lot i bloat up a lot..

should I bulk up?
went from 190 to 150 pretty fast, basically cut all carbs and ate 1k calories. right now I'm at 165 with 9-10%bf any advice??!!?!?
