Hi all, wondering if anyone knows how you work out the fat loss from grilling? I make Kafta from scratch and lamb mince has approx 17% fat but so much of it ends up cooking off. Can you account for this? At this point I’m using raw ingredient info but it means the fat/calorie count per piece is probably overstated. Thanks…
