Lamb mince - calories after grilling

Hi there,
Does anyone know how many calories are in lamb mince after it's been grilled? I've made lamb kafta and a lot of fat drips off into the tray beneath but I can't find anything with nutritional info on lamb after grilling this way. I started with a batch of kafta weighing 1.2kg and ended up with kafta weighing 750g. Recipe includes onion & parsley so there would be lost water weight but there's definitely fat lost, too. Anyone know?

You weigh it BEFORE cooking. Raw. Always raw

In this situation, because you are losing SO much fat I would add the Kafta as a recipe with all the ingredients (using Raw lamb).
Then weight the WHOLE batch after you cook it.
Use the total weight as the number of servings for the recipe so, In this case you would have 750 "servings"
Then weigh what you plan on eating and when you enter it in your diary log it as having 152 servings

This eliminates you having all the extra calories and fat grams added to your diary that you didn't eat because it drained off.

I have nothing to contribute, since the other posters covered it, but I had stop in. I was using my teeny phone screen and scrolling quickly through the subjects in this board and thought the title of this one was "Lab mice - calories after grilling"! Lol! Definitely needed to scroll back up and take another look!
