can't lose belly
I've lost 30 lbs since starting in April. I dropped a pants size or 2. I am having problems losing my stomach. It might be my carbs. I work on abs every day -every other day. I eat 1200 calories. Any advice please.

I'm Dr monitored and check every couple months. I'm a stay at home mom so not very active. When I'm at the I try to eat back my food. I've beeneating at 1200 since April. Completely confused my self!?
I asked a question a couple weeks ago on burning fat. Now i understand that: a) i can't spot tone my body (toning as in burning fat and keeping muscle) b) i will not gain muscle even with lifting if i am eating at 1200 calories.
