I've been losing weight and working out really hard lately and I want to continue to work out more but I feel like I should be drinking protein shakes or something after I work out, anyone have any ideas what I could look up about buying? I work out 6 days a week for about 2 hours a day, I run a mile or two to start out my workout and then lift and do other things for the last hour and a half or more. I count my calories obviously and watch everything I eat, mostly salads, tuna sandwiches, fruit, and yogurt for breakfast. What are some things I could eat or…
