I've been losing weight and working out really hard lately and I want to continue to work out more but I feel like I should be drinking protein shakes or something after I work out, anyone have any ideas what I could look up about buying? Or what would be best for me to drink after working out? I don't want to build a ton of muscle, but I would like to build more muscle, while continuing to lose weight!

Prograde is good protein but make sure it fits in with your total calorie intake for the day. It will help with your weight training but remember it takes a lot of weight and total commitment to gain.0
