I need some help figuring out how much i should increase my calories and macros during my 2nd trimester. During your 2nd trimester is when i read you should up them. Here’s what i consume now weighing at 205 goal weight was 160 I’ve love 25lbs
So say my calorie intake is 1700 but i burn 1000 is that fine to be running off only 700 calories?

Does anyone’s heart rate go into the cardio zone while lifting weights? Mine does, and my question is: should i be doing actual cardio? Even though i can get my heart rate into cardio zone while lifting weights?
I am new to this tracking my macros, i can hit my protein and carbs but having issues with hitting my fat.. please educate me on this.
