I was on a good start eating under 1200 calories. I just can't seem to drop any. If you look at my diary I have ate bad a couple times and yesterday was terrible but I'm on my period and I think a lot of it is me bloating. So I have started my diet and exercising I'm at a 1200 calorie goal and I burn more at the gym than I take in. I'm still hardly losing weight does anybody have any good tips or tricks to help me. Lost 4 pounds so far.
