i eat late at night because when I can't sleep this seems to help me go to sleep finally!! And then my next day calories r already a plus, ugh!! Help??

Went off MFP for 4 weeks life altering circumstances... Binge drank alcohol and ate everything I shouldn't of!! Need friends to motivate me to get back to healthy living?!!! Gained 2.5 lbs.

How do I calculate how many calories I burn doing different exercises ( lifting weights, walking, etc.)
I'm on meds that make me tired but I'm always drinking caffeinated drinks to combat problem.... Any other smarter choices or food choices??
