It's taken me 6 weeks to to loose over a stone and I wanna keep going, does anyone know any nice snacks that aren't weight watchers or BGTY ones or fruit haha? I exercise daily too
I've been doing at least a hour a day for the last few weeks of either long walks, exercise bike/crosstrainer or 8hrs of walking normal pace at work all day, worried if I stop exercising will it slow down the pounds I'm loosing each month? As I really wanna drop 5stone anyone know the quickest way? My birthday in April…
