I've been doing at least a hour a day for the last few weeks of either long walks, exercise bike/crosstrainer or 8hrs of walking normal pace at work all day, worried if I stop exercising will it slow down the pounds I'm loosing each month? As I really wanna drop 5stone anyone know the quickest way? My birthday in April would like to at least loose 2 stone by then.. Atm Ive lost over 1 and a half stone I think and that's only been 6 weeks but I wanna do it quicker do I need to eat less than my goal? But then it won't save my diary and says I'm eating too less

In order to lose fat from all over your body, you're also going to have to change up your diet and drink A LOT of water! You need to make sure your body is getting enough nutrients to kick start your metabolism. To lose fat, I would suggest a low carb diet with 45-60 mins of cardio+weight training. (Don't be afraid to lift some weights, girl! muscle burns fat efficiently.)0

You do not need to exercise to lose weight. But, in general, yes it will slow down the weight loss process. If your diary says you are eating too little, you are eating too little. I think MFP requires 1200/day (not positive) and in no way should you be eating less than or even that.
Learn to weigh and measure your food accurately using a digital food scale.
Give yourself a reasonable deficit with a reasonable calorie goal. If you need help figuring out what this is, please ask someone to help.
There is no time limit on your weight loss goals. By rushing the weight loss you will be more prone to failure due to undereating or depriving yourself. Try not to focus on this birthday, but next and all the birthdays after that.0
