Running my 3rd half marathon in March - Really working towards getting a PR. Any training plans that anyone has found helpful?
I'm 27 years old and preparing for my 3rd half marathon in March. I am looking to PR (and get in better shape in the process). Recently I have found it hard to keep myself motivated and to stick to a good schedule. Let me know if you have any pointers to keep yourself going!
