Muscle toning or skin surgery?
hi everyone. I've lost over 60lbs and MyFitnessPal has been a HUGE part of it. I lift weights switching from arms to legs every other day. And abs three times a week. I do 5 reps of 8 at a medium weight. I also do cardio/HIIT 5 or 6 days a week. What can I do to help tone? This loose skin makes me want to cry. Help please.
