Muscle toning or skin surgery?

hi everyone. I've lost over 60lbs and MyFitnessPal has been a HUGE part of it. I lift weights switching from arms to legs every other day. And abs three times a week. I do 5 reps of 8 at a medium weight. I also do cardio/HIIT 5 or 6 days a week. What can I do to help tone? This loose skin makes me want to cry. Help please.

    It takes about 3 years, I had 3 toddlers in 14 months, two of which are twins. I went from 135 to 250 and stayed baby for two years. It takes time and heavy lifting. Cut out all that cardio and lift heavy. Go to body building. Com and do the free kris Gethens plan. You can even print the calendar for it on the site. Videos for each exercise and meal plans. Do it!

    Oh and it's a 12 week plan. Keep repeating it getting better and lifting heavier
