do you eat much in the way of parsnip, kumara, potato, pumpkin, yams, potato and that kind of starchy vege, or do you think it may jeopadise your weight loss?

I have kind of known this for a while, but have been burying my head in the sand, that diet sodas/fizzy drinks are really bad for you, and can food your body into thinking it is having sugar, so you will gain weight...Do you avoid diet fizy althogether or do you have some?? Juicing, or smoothies
I bought a juicer a while ago, but then learnt that juicing isn't all that great for you, because it takes out all the fiber, and can give you a drink that is high in sugar...just wondering what everyone else does. Smoothies are better for you? thoughts please

I am flippin hungry...
and just want to go and stuff my face with food!!!! say 2 on this...is it normal to be hungry?? whilst I was on Weight watchers i would just go use some of my extra points for the day, or have a couple of pieces of fruit...but all that adds up to more calories I guess!

New to MFP, Weight watchers stopped working for me
Hi there I just started this today, and it seems good.. I have been trying WW on and off for a while, but I don't have much success, maybe this will be better because I have to track all my fruit and veges (which I do find a bit of a drag) does anyone have any advise on this? do you track veges or just estimate, any tips…
