Hi there
I just started this today, and it seems good.. I have been trying WW on and off for a while, but I don't have much success, maybe this will be better because I have to track all my fruit and veges (which I do find a bit of a drag) does anyone have any advise on this? do you track veges or just estimate, any tips would be helpful. Anyway I have about 25 kg to lose, and am at a point where no matter what I do, the weight does not budge, even though I exercise regularly...that could be my age (43) not sure! belly fat seems to be a big issue with me. Anyway here we go to actually losing some weight!

Hello, i am 40. I eat paleo mostly and exercise about 2-3 hours weekly, jillian micheals videos at home. The best part is that eating paleo is so healthy, you'll feel amazing and see results quite quickly. It is hard to follow as its pretty much meat, veggies, fruits, nuts and healthy fats, no sweets/dairy/beans or processed anything. I highly recommend it, even if you could follow with a cheat day you'll still reap the benefits0

I have been doing some Jillian Michaels from youtube..she is awesome, I am thinking about getting her dvds too. Yes I have heard paleo is amazing..not sure if I could be that strict though.0

Maintain a calorie deficit. Be as accurate as you need to be to maintain your deficit. Everything else is personal preference and unimportant to weight loss.0

I was thinking about joining Weight Watchers, then I found this place. I have been successful so far! I'm nearly at my half way point!0
