Hello everyone, After really low carbing for a week or so, my ketosis meter this morning reads 2.4! The question is, what do I do now? I have had Gestational Diabetes twice so I know a little bit about ketosis but can anyone help me in figuring out how to maintain this 2.4 reading? Thanks
I'm Bel. I have half a stone (a stone would be brilliant though) to lose and I've really started enjoying low-carbing which is weird because everyone else seems to hate it! Anyone else get that feeling when they really low or zero carb?
