Unfamiliar number of calories
So tomorrow I'm invited to a dinner, but how will I manage to stick to my calorie goal when I don't know the number of calories that food has? How do you cope with that?

I need a friend to support each other!
So I don't need to lose a lot of weight(6-7 kg/13-15lbs), but every time I'm on a good way I screw things up by eating too much. So I need someone to motivate me, and tell me NO when I want food the most! Of course I would be there for that person as well, as a motivation and support.

How often do you eat?
Hello everyone! So my question is how often do you eat? Is it okay to eat every 4 hours, and is that enough for a protein to digest? I thought about having my meals at 8am(fruit), 12pm(some kind of protein), 4pm(almonds, nuts etc.), and 8pm(again some protein). Would this be fine, and if not, give me some of your examples,…

A lot of fruit?
Hello everyone! I have a question that might be stupid but I still want to be sure. If I eat for example 5 apples today, and still stay under my calorie goal, will those apples affect my weightloss, or I can eat as much fruit as I want as long as I'm under my calorie limit? Thanks!
