Hi everyone. I m on the mission to lose 4 kg until end of May. I start training 4-5 a week after couple of months of break. Feel bit ” out of game”, i could use training partner😁💪🏻.
My goal is to loose body fat in next 3wks .I workout 5 times a wk mostly weight workout not so in to cardio so having bit slow progress.Any tips ?:)
