Hi! I redid my TDEE today since I've lost 16.5 lbs!!! I sit at a desk all day but go to the gym for an hour workout 6x/wk - hitt 4x/wk, yoga 1x/wk and spinning 1x/wk. What do you suggest my activity level be? Sedentary or moderately active?

Meeting daily protein and calcium quota
I'm struggling to eat enough protein and calcium. Typically I have Fage 2% yogurt for breakfast with berries and nuts. But then no more calcium for the day. I've only begun to change my eating habits in the past month and lost 9.4 lbs! (80 to go) Thank you for your input!
