So I want to start incorporating working out into my life. I’m currently very overweight so I can’t run marathons 🙈 what advise can you give me . Where do I start? What should I aim for ? I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing here. Thank you 😊

How do I get out of the mentality of wanting to lose 5lb a week
i know that a healthy loss is 2lbs a week but I can't get out of the mentality that I need to lose so much so fast aha!

Friends please :) 60Lbs to lose
hey all I struggle so bad with all this but I know if I had people to relate to and encourage, and update. it would be so much easier! I've lose 2 stone (28lbs ) but have a further 60 to go :( seems like such a long way ahead . I just hate myself and how I've let my greedy self become. It's time to fix up!

Hey everyone! I've just restarted after being M.I.A for a few months . I currently weigh 14.2 stone (199lbs) biggest weight was 15.12st (222lbs) my progress is very slow I always put on then lose because I lack motivation massively! I also have no self control over food! But I will get there! Defiantly need some motivators…
