So just logged first time since 2015! Seems I 10lb down from my last log in.. so got to take as a positive. Currently sat at 95kg. And ideally want to get around 88kg. How long this time?
So guys. Last here over 2 yrs ago... see how long I can motivate for this time. Problem I find when keeping food diary is because I work away a lot. ( offshore and abroad) I eat a lot of pre cooked meals so struggle to put calories consumed in with any accuracy anyway. Is anyone else in same boat. What do they do. ? Ps…

1 week in and 7lb lost
Hi guys so just over 1 week in and i have lost 7lb. Know i cant sustain this and know its not all fat. But still a good loss. Dont feel like i starved myself either. Was hoping for maybe a 3lb loss per week. I will make the success story boards. Ha ha. Feel free to follow me guys. Very determined married dad of 3.
