1200 calorie diet question about carbs
I'm on a 1200 calorie diet and I made my breakfast this morning which consisted of 1/2 whole wheat english muffin with a teaspoon of peanut butter, 4 strawberries, 17 blueberries and a coffee. How to Calorie count when making food from recipe
Hello, I'm new to this whole calorie counting way of life and am having a hard time figuring out how to make healthy foods from recipes and inputting the correct amount per item so it can add up the calories. Please help!!!
