I have the polar loop fitness band that tracks steps. So it is syncing with MFP but not adding exercise back. Does anyone know if a certain # of steps need to be reached ?? Thank you!!
Do fresh vegetables have to truly be accounted for as calories when they are mainly all water and don't contain natural sugar ??

Does MFP automatically calculate the # of calories burned based on your personal information input? This has always confused me.. example: if I walk 45 minutes on treadmill, it says 275 calories, but on MFP when i add treadmill for exercise, it may say 325. Which do I go by?
So, I am getting back on track today with journaling everything that goes in my mouth.. the only exception I make is not logging fruit and/or veggies. I am partially using Weight Watchers, is this ok to do???

This year has been challenging for me no doubt. I'm not happy with the 50lbs I have gained as nothing fits and I have never been this big. Trying to stay positive and keep working at it. Very thankful for my amazing fiancé and daughters support. I can do this !
