Hiit excercise
So if I do a HIIT class I don’t get any credit on mfp. I worry that if I do other, it won’t calculate the calories correctly. Is there a different excercise that I should pick instead?

Apple watch stats wonky
So I went from a Fitbit to an Apple watch, as I like the run features better on the watch. However the stats for MFP using the watch are crazy.
