I workout every morning and suffer from post-workout fatigue. Sometimes I feel like I can't even function, especially after a hard session. I just want to sleep!! OW!! HEADACHES!
I recently got back into an exercise routine and using FP to watch my calories. Each afternoon, around 2:00, I get a HORRIBLE headache! I drink PLENTY of water during the day, but can't figure out what is causing these headaches. Any suggestions/remedies? Thank you!

Goal minus food plus exercise?
I am new to Fitness Pal and was hoping someone could answer a question. At the top of my diary it shows goals minus food plus exercise equals remaining. I don't understand why it is showing a 2 in exercise when I haven't logged any today.
