What type of sugar could I eat while working out?

Thank you SO much! This makes so much sense. I will I will look through my diary and check my nutrient intake. But, I'm thinking anemia may be the culprit!

You're right. If I fall asleep, I feel so irritable when I wake up!

I usually get around nine hours of sleep. It has been a while since I've had blood work done, but have had issues with low iron. That hasn't even crossed my mind.

Deguello, it sounds like you are telling me to just listen to my body (?)

I am eating around 250 grams of carbs in a day. I am doing circuit training. Cardio and then strength training was getting so boring, I changed it up. The strength training is light and I give my muscles time to rest. I work a different area each day. I do about 30 minutes of cardio. It just can't be normal to be so…

I eat around 2000 calories each day. I try to not eat back my exercise calories, but don't go over 2300. I always follow up my workout with a high-protein snack

Shushonet, I really haven't adjusted my caffeine intake. But, I have noticed it affects me more. Jolinia suggested the Carb Flu. I haven't purposely cut back on carbs, but I definitely don't eat as many. I am hoping my body is just adjusting and this will pass. I really appreciate the quick response from both of you.

Thank you for responding so quickly, Jolinia! I haven't purposely cut back on carbs, but am taking in less. I have noticed that my daily intake is less than I would usually have before lunch! Will this pass or do I need to make adjustments?

Thank you. I went to settings, my fitness pal and turned off motion activity. I think that will work.

Debrakgooguns, I didn't not think I had another tracker set up on my account but after further investigation, it looks like it has something to do with my iPhone. Apparently it's recording my steps, if I have my phone. Do you know how to disable it? It's really throwing me off. Thank you!

Mirrim52 I will try that. Thanks
