hey hey I have an exercise bike and originally my aim was to do at least half an hour vigorously every day. But my friends recommend I have a rest day too. Does anyone here have a similar regime?
Ive done this a couple of times and it's yummy: simply fat free natural yoghurt with lime zest grated in. I like to dip veggies in it, or roasted sweet potato :) yum yum
