Really basic dip idea

Ive done this a couple of times and it's yummy: simply fat free natural yoghurt with lime zest grated in. I like to dip veggies in it, or roasted sweet potato

I do the same. It's really good with the bit of crushed roasted garlic and a bit of sea salt in it, too.0
