Morning! I have started 2015 determined to change my unhealthy habits one step at a time! I started by quitting pop in January. 7 weeks free already and I'm ready to move to the next one but I'm kind of stuck. What kind of healthy habits do you all incorporate into your healthy lifestyle?
morning! I just downloaded the app about 2 weeks ago. I lost the first week but gained the 2nd week. I didn't realize the depth of this app until today as I started playing with it more! I love the idea of a community board within the app, this is going to be amazing and so easy to get support!
